Subscription Refunds

Sivagiri Masika offers subscription services for both digital and print magazines. Once a subscription has been successfully activated, refunds are generally not provided.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same subscription
  • Payment processed but subscription not activated
  • Technical errors during payment processing

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
